The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended).

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes. Disclosure only takes place where necessary to perform the contract (e.g. to certified precious metals wholesalers as part of a transaction you have requested) or where we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is additionally processed in accordance with the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Please note that a data transfer may take place. The use of WhatsApp is voluntary; alternatively you can reach us by email or phone.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or for the duration of statutory retention periods. The data is then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, an informal message to info@golddirect.it is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

8. Data security

The website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
